Sauna And Turkish Bath Sauna and Turkish Bath is open between 11:00 and 20:00.
Fitness Center Fitness Center can be used between the hours 10:00 – 12:00 and 14:00 – 19:00. Responsibility for use an equipment in the fitness center belong to the user. Guest who are under 18 years old can use the fitness center their parents.
Mini Club Teddy Club is in service between the hours of 10:00 -12:00 and 15:00 – 17:00. (Mini Club serves only in the high season)
Beach Towels You may have the blue beach towels by giving your towel cards to the pool staff between 09:00 – 11:00. However, you may take your towel cards back by giving the dirty towels to same staff. Please do not forget give back your towels cards to the reception when you are checking out.
Swimming Pool Our hotels has one swimming pool for adults and a separate swimming pool for children. Pool is open until 20:30 . Using the pool after 20:30 is dangers for your health because of disinfections.
Chaise Lounges You can use the Chaise lounges free of charge at the pool and beach area. Please do not put your towels on the lounges for reservation before 08:30. Otherwise, your towels are taken away by staff and Hotel Management des not take responsibility for your cost property.
Water Sports You can use the canoe,bicycle and windsurfing in our Water Sports Center at the beach free, between the hour of 10:00 – 12:00 and 14:00 – 17:00.
Trustworthy Safe The hotel management is not responsible for loss lf valuable possessions or the cash in their rooms. Please use the safe which are free on change. You may have the key from the reception.
Guest Relations Please inform us about your all kind of opinions , request or / and suggestions. Guest Relations desk info time between 10:00 – 11:00 and 17:00 – 18:00. Meanwhile , She / He will be together with you all day in the hotel.
Room Care You may phone 1017 number for any defects,care and repair for you room.
Breakfast Open Buffet breakfast is served in the main restaurant between 07:30 – 10:00.
Late Breakfast Continental breakfast for the ones who have missed breakfast time in main restaurant between 10:00 – 11:00.
Lunch You may try various meals for lunch in our restaurants. Selected tastes from open buffet in main restaurant. Spaghetti and pizzas in Santi Restaurant or snacks in Snack Bar. Between the hours 12:30 – 14:00.
All Day Snack Delicious tastes from Snack and Santi Restaurants between 12:00 – 16:00.
Tea Time Different sorts of cakes and cookies everyday; together with tea and coffee, at the Lobby Terrace Bar between 17:00 – 18:00.
Dinner Open Buffet Dinner is served in the main restaurant between 19:30 – 21:30.
Italian A La Carte During your holiday, you may enter in only once , with your reservation made at reception,and one day before. Families can enter with their children. Italian A’la Carte Restaurant is open between 20:00 – 21:30. It is closed when Turkish Night Entertainment is in the main restaurant.
Night Appetizer Soup of the day guests who ask for something to eat between 24:00 – 01:00, in main restaurant.

• Snack Bar Near the pool; with alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks, between 10:00 – 18:00.
• Santi Bar Domestic alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks and cocktails between 11:00 – 18:00, at the beach.
• Palm Bar It is open between 11:00 – 18:00, at the beach with domestic alcoholic and non alcoholic and cocktails.
• Terrace Bar Enjoy your time on the terrace with alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks, between 17:00 – 01:00.
• Lobby Bar Open with alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks, between 17:00 – 01:00.
• Turkish Coffee After supper, delicious Turkish coffee and Turkish tea is awaiting for you. Between 20:00 – 23:00 at the Lobby Bar.
• Disco Bar Everyday with domestic alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks, between 23:00 - 01:00.

• For Your Guests: During holiday, you should pay 35 EURO per person to Hotel Reception in order to have your guests benefit from the facility for one day until 21:30. We presents it to your knowledge and understanding that the same price shall be allocated twice as an extra, for your guests who shall leave after 21:30.
• Room Key: In case of loosing the room key, 20 EURO will be charged to your account.
• Safe Box Key: In case of loosing your safe key, 20 EURO will be charged.
• Towel Card: In case of loosing towel card , you are obliged to pay 15 EURO per card.
• Bracelet: According to hotel management practices, while leaving Hotel don’t forget to leave your Arm Band to the reception. In case any bracelet is lost forgotten you are obliged to pay 25 EURO.
• Late Check Out: According to capacity of our hotel, you may keep your room by paying 20 EURO per person, until 20:30. Please consult to reception for late check out one day before.
